Canadian Amateur Musicians Musiciens Amateurs du Canada (CAMMAC)
CAMMAC firmly believes that playing music together creates a bond between people that transcends age, language and cultural differences. This is a non-profit organisation whose goal is to offer music-making opportunities throughout the year to amateur musicians of all levels and all ages, and in many different locations. Ontario Registered Music Teachers' Association (ORMTA)
ORMTA is a non-profit provincial organization managed by a volunteer council and comprised of more than 1,300 Registered Music Teachers and related members across Ontario. The aim of ORMTA is to encourage and provide the highest calibre of music education possible and to promote high standards of music in each community. The website provides some guidelines for finding a music teacher, as well as a regional listing of registered members.

Summer Institute in Pastoral Liturgy
A certificate program offered by the Faculty of Theology of Saint Paul University, responding to Vatican II's call for liturgical renewal. Courses include an introduction to liturgy, the Sunday eucharist, the liturgical year, rituals and symbols.

Summer School for Liturgical Musicians
Mount Carmel Spiritual Centre, Niagara Falls, Ontario
The Summer School for Liturgical Musicians is the largest and most comprehensive workshop event for church musicians in the province of Ontario. A project of the Ontario Liturgical Conference, a consultative body to the Ontario Conference of Catholic Bishops, the Summer School draws musicians from parish communities throughout the province and is staffed by a team of expert liturgists and professional musicians. Participants will develop many skills that will enhance their ministry in parish celebrations.

Summer School in Liturgical Studies
Newman Theological College, Edmonton, Alberta
The Summer School in Liturgical Studies enables people throughout Western Canada to respond to the challenge of Vatican II "that all the faithful should be led to full, conscious and active participation in liturgical celebrations." Courses of particular interest to music ministers include the Music Ministers Repertoire Session, and a selection of others on the liturgy and pastoral practice.
